What User doesn't like about Costa Coffee Wh Smith:
Dropped in with my little girl while in Chester on a family break! Typical routine Costa with usual assortment of refreshments and eats. We had to queue for rather a long time as the manager was the only one working for the first hour. I think that the staffing rota was misjudged given it was school holidays. All in all coffee was good when it came and toast was, well, toast! View all feedback.
