five youngs for the first time tried and enjoyed a simple burger and pommes. decent portions, adapted to their own choices and many very delicious frits. only on the floor, no hot drinks, I prefer a tea/coffee with my lunch! View all feedback.
What Mark S doesn't like about Five Guys:
Heard a lot of good things about 5 guys, turns out it’s all rubbish. £12 for a damp little burger wrapped in tinfoil. Floor, tables walls, all dirty, bins full, staff wondering about. We got 4 burgers and one cone of chips, £50. Should have just gone to McDonalds, wouldn’t mind the price if the burgers were a decent size or fresh. Avoid at all costs!! View all feedback.
The burger was left on the grill for too long, resulting in it burning while no one attended to it. The bun was slightly stale and the salted caramel milkshake was essentially just vanilla with sauce around the cup. Overall, the food was not made to a proper standard, especially considering the price of £20+ for a meal.
This was my first time at Five Guys. The employees were extremely courteous and helped me understand the menu. The food was of excellent quality and definitely worth the price! It was a special treat that I thoroughly enjoyed and will remember for a long time.
The restaurant is charging way too much for what they are offering. The hotdog sausage was dry and low quality, served on a small bed of fried onions and hardly any mushrooms. It would not even be enough to fill up a cat. I paid almost £10 for a meal that was only worth around 50p.
We had burger and chips. It was an excellent burger and chips, probably the best I've had for a long time. If you want a great burger and chips then this is your place. It was expensive though. £40 for 3 burgers, one large chips and a milkshake.
I always leave with expectations met, I like their food
