When the grandchildren visit it's always a trip to McDonald's and we are always happy. Much better with the ordering and payment machines. Only criticism was on last visit I ordered a takeaway only to get back to the car to find we had no...chips. It was a little inconvenient to go all the way back into the services with the kids again. the service was as expected for a midday time at a highway service station. the order was processed efficiently and the food was fresh and hot. a small point that the waste containers need to update because the plastics shows a lid and raw, but are now paper so. needed in another container View all feedback.
