"I went with a friend for lunch and really enjoyed the meal. Each dish was beautifully presented with a great variety of exciting flavours and made with fresh ingredients. Beautiful building and decoration and very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The lunch menu was very good value for money for the quality of the food offered. "Booked for afternoon tea for me and my mum. Absolutely lovely setting and welcoming atmosphere. The tea sets and crockery were so beautiful. The selection of teas were amazing and I love the fact they were loose leaf! The afternoon tea itself was delicious (especially...the sandwiches, oh and the cakes…and everything else). Congratulations to the ladies at this tearoom for making such an amazing environment. I’ll be back asap!"

"We've recently moved to the Runcorn area from South Liverpool. Visited Society after a meal at an Italian spot (another good review) and were delighted.The place had a great vibe going into it, getting even better when greeted at the small bar area by lovely staff members. The clients were varied (younger locals through to older) and the decor was great. We thought it could get a bit crammed when things get busier but found that there is a large external area and additional seating inside also!Drink selection was good, food looked amazing (we'll be back to try that for sure). In our opinion, this is the place to go in Runcorn for people that are looking for an alterntive to the local Spoons or Green King."
