"Lovely, slightly off the beaten track eatery, we were made to feel very welcome with excellent friendly service. food was excellent and received helpful pointers as to what dishes contained meat and vegan dishes etc. My perogi were great and the bortsch that my wife...had aas excellent. Very interesting location as well, packed with independent traders, two record shops and three pubs... : ... Well worth seeking out..."

"Marked atmosphere down because when we first visited there was a dog in the restaurant that just wouldn't stop barking, this spoilt our dining out evening. "We enjoyed a delicious vegan brunch of homemade sausages, falafel hummus, with baked beans, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, homemade kartoffels and torts toast. the atmosphere was really cooled and the staff super friendly and helpful. impressed by the various options of plant milk we recommend the chai latte! too filled to try the cake today, but we will definitely be back soon"

"We ordered a takeaway, if we had eaten in I would have returned some of the food. Thai fish cakes, had a weird texture a bit like tofu no evidence of actual fish. They were not freshly made, more like the bought in frozen type. Pad Thai, noodles were stodgy and were clumped together..worst I have ever had, however the sauce provided in a little pot was delicious. Mussels were excellent, sauce was vey nice and green curry was good but very sweet."
