My husband and I stopped off on the way back and stopped off for some lunch. I had the scampi and chips and my husband had lamb kebabs. The chips were the best I have tasted in a long time and scampi is scampi. I tried a bit of one of my husband's kebabs and they tasted nice as well not dry like you get in some places. Stopped in on our way home from Chester on Sunday afternoon. Starving. The food was lovely and well presented. The place itself was nicely decorated. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the choice of music being piped in was dreadful and did not make for intimate conversation. Our orders took quite a while and had to be chased up.
