What Rachel Helms doesn't like about Arby's:
There was No One there! Only one person in the drive thru and they left as soon as we got to the window and was told to pull up to the door. Our food was cold and no straws or Arby's sauce that was asked for. I live in Chester and won't go back until there is better staff. Just another restaurant that doesn't make money taking space and paying employees to be teenagers. Good luck with that. Meal type: Other View all feedback.
