I have been going to Lion's Choice since i was 10 years old, but NEVER again! We have been twice to different locations and the food is horrible! Bread dry and crumbling, ham microwaved and not shaved! What have you done to your business!?! My husband is a construction worker and has said that all the guys are complaining how bad it is now! "I have been to this place a few times for some reason somebody doesn't know how to read a order?. For the 2nd time I ordered a Giant Chicken Cheesteak Sandwich ended up with a regular Steak Sandwich which was extremely disappointing as it was very salty from the Steak sitting in the Au Jus. I don't understand why it seems to be so hard to read a order thoroughly prepare what the customer has requested!! Maybe they need an Expedited to call the orders in clearly someone to check that the order is prepared the way that the customer requested before it is given to the customer??? I can understand business being busy getting caught up in the moment, but as I said this is the 2nd time!! I used to rave about Jersey Mike's being better than a competitor, but after these latest experiences I am starting to wonder... The best sandwich that I have had there was a BLT sandwich then probably their Tuna sandwich.."
