"What a delight! We were warmly greeted by the owners and commenced our vegan food frenzy. We started with the poutine, crispy peppered fries covered with an unctuous, lightly sweet and savory tomato and coconut gravy. Dale opted for the Veg In Classic burger, a black bean patty (not your typical black bean thing, this monster had great texture and mouth feel) served on a delicious vegan bun with all the fixings. There are a variety of free toppings, not just ketchup, mustard, and mayo, also chipotle sauce, tamarind dressing, peanut sauce, and a lemon and mint mayo. For a nominal charge, you can also get avocado and vegan cheese. I had the Millionaire burger, which is a smashed samosa served on that great bun with nice fresh coleslaw I added the free tamarind and peanut sauce. It was delicious, spicy, and totally filling. I can't wait to go back and try the Naan flatbreads that we were eyeing beside us it looks like a big pizza smothered with sauce and veggies. I was really touched when the owner introduced us to his partner in love and business who he said was the driving force and who creates all that delicious homemade cruelty free food. I could taste the love!!! Although we are both vegan, I am 100% sure omnivores will enjoy this tasty place too. Oh, and it was spectacularly clean! I can't wait to go back, and I understand you can order in skip the dishes which will be a perfect Friday night treat. Yay!"

"Best cakes I've ever had, everytime I have gotten one for an event everyone raves over how beautiful AND delicious it is.The staff are incredibly great to deal with, going above and beyond to make sure everything is what you want it. Deirdre and Emily in particular are very sweet. Thank you guys! Can't wait for my next event to use you again!"

"Don't even think about it. Jump in your car and come on over ASAP. Hands-down this is the best shawarma in Calgary. All the meats are Charcoal roasted and Pitas are made fresh all day long. If you love quality and awesome food this is your new favourite. Don't forget to order the zaatar fries."

"My husband and I were craving pasta, and decided to give Crazy Pasta a try since it was close by.The pasta was fresh; we had Fettuccine carbonara and beef ravioli in pesto mushroom sauce. We did the duo meal, which was the perfect amount of pasta for us.The bread was a little disappointing that was served on the side, but overall was a decent quick meal to have. Better than the Olive Garden or Old Spaghetti Factory chains. Not as good as some of our family-owned favorites in Calgary. Would go back for grab-and-go pasta options. "Food and service were really good. The restaurant was busy, but our server was fantastic. She kept up with everything and orders were correct. The food was hot and portions were large. Parking is limited for later reservations."

"The gnocchi was my favourite. The rose sauce was creamy and sweet. The gnocchi was fluffy and soft. Everything just melted on your tongue. I thought Il Centro’s version was even better than Mercato."

"Great little place, holds about 50-60 people. Pizza flavours and topping combos unique. We recommend The Beltline and Quattro carne. Our only complaint: music way too loud: you have to almost shout across the tiny tables. Prices decent for a downtown location. Right next door you can do UNA takeout if you don’t want to dine in."
