George's Gyros Spot - Chesterton

My husband had a pretty good cheeseburger. I had a gyro, not the best I had, but pretty good. Friends were very good. The staff was very pleasant. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. I loved the fish tank.

Portions are huge. Half the order home. Great pommes. Gyro too salty for my taste. Great service. Nice fish tank to be mesmerized by and very clean bath. It'll be back.

Born and raised in Chesterton and ate this place for YEARS! This is literally the first place I visit when I come back from DC for their Chicago Style Dog Combo! I don't think they have changed one thing, how they did things over the years, and that makes this place timeless and a great value.

We just moved to the area a few weeks ago and have already been here twice everything has been fantastic and we’ve tried different things each time. The pork tenderloin, gyro, burger, boneless Buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and cheese fries were all great.

Hubby and I stay at the nearby hotel, ordered execution online. Designed on Italian beef sandwiches w/mozerella, frits, baked mushrooms. Since prices were low, it did not consider sharing a meal, provided that the proportions must be small. Instead, huge sandwiches and generous stocks of Pommes. Mushrooms were really good, Italian beef delicious! So impressed.
