What hello there likes about Starbucks:
The whole team is terrific! And the manager Carlo was especially helpful. I had a misadventure with a pound of coffee ordered ahead, which, when I brought it home, tasted off, and I then saw the coffee 'best buy ' date was expired. The store was great about sorting it out. What Alexander Rendar doesn't like about Starbucks:
Completely understaffed, very busy, long line, uncomfortable seating. This is the line at lunchtime (12 noon) on Thursday. 2 3 people working in the entire store. I saw people coming and leaving immediately because of the long line. Baristas seem rushed and are probably under a lot of stress. So many people coughing and spreading their germs. I would never come back.
Was not open even at 7.54 am despite showing ?open? in Google maps. Too late for a regular coffee shop on a work day schedule.
