My friend raved about how good the chicken wings are at Gilligan's. I love a good wing and look forward to Wednesday evening. The problem is we sat and waited for a server for well over twenty minutes. We asked for a server, and no one came. Major failure on that end. The wings when we finally served were five-star good.
