Applebees is a not particularly interesting chain restaurant in the US but it was a welcome addition to the offerings in Chetumal. The food is not inexpensive, the portions are generous and the environment is welcoming.There is free wifi, the seats are comfortable and the servers are pleasant. I enjoy their cowboy burger once or twice a year and their salads are also good. View all feedback.

We have had lunch/dinner lots of times here, and in general the food and service is always good value. Location is very convenient, close to the plaza de americas, so excellent to have some lunch or dinner during or after shopping. Last 3 times we visited, food was served cold, had to send it back to the kitchen where they would warm it up in the microwave. Which does not do good to the quality. Staff is understandin...
