Noon on a Sat. I walked in, I notice one guy working alone, making sandwiches, answering phones taking orders at the register. He was quick to help me make my sandwiches. TO the Managers Hire-ups, you wonder why you don't have staff, it's because guys like Mateo are doing the job of 4 guys but you're only paying him to do one. I have ordered from here at least once in the month because they are so close to my office, but apparently sometime in the last 2 weeks they do not deliver anymore or even open because if I try to order online, it tells me that I am from the delivery area (I am about .2 from a mile or about 6 blocks away) when I try to call after a pickup, the phone rings out and nobody takes one.
