"When my first time Napoli tried, I fell in love right away. The restaurant was soothing and the food was amazing. I tried the Gnocchi Al Pesto, a very creamy and delicious treat. They seemed under occupation (purchased, my trip to Napoli was during a weekend). Our waiter, a bigger blonde Gal was great and made our experience super pleasant!"

"Service here was garbage. Took us in total 3 and half hours. Never got refills, order was messed up and went outside to change kid and saw all servers outside smoking. I will say the guy cooking made it worth the 200 dollar bill. Food was good besides salad and rice and appetizers. Salad was a bowl of water. And took 2 hours to get it. Manager did take off the mandatory tip, because I was not about tip someone who can't even take order right. I'd say get it to go or spend 200 dollars on real steak!"
