"Milk ice cream is a frozen dessert from cream, with additional flavors and sweets. This mixture is rapidly frozen while it is stirred[1], so that large ice crystals do not form. Some ice cream is made with carrageenan, a rubber found in seaweed so it is not sticky. There are many different aromas of ice [2]. There are ice flavors that are very similar to French vanilla, vanilla beans, dark chocolate, chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake. Chocolate chips or small pieces of dark or white chocolate are a frequent addition to ice cream.
