a fairly large sort of vegan food and a friendly staff. no English, which is understandable how the Thai is. I used my Google translator and was in order. my food was delicious and authentic thai without msg. View all feedback.
Medium sized open style Thai restaurant. Semi-buffet, $5 a full meal. Limited drinks, a few items for sale. Takeaway.
This is a wonderful local restaurant that has an amazing choice just as good as any of the famous ones in the old city. Thai food is served up buffet style but they also have somtam and fruit shakes make to order which is quite unusual for a Thai place. They're also open until about 4.00 but I've gone as late as 6.00 before and still got bagged up, half price take home food. Quite healthy compared to other Thai places as they don't overload with oil and salt.
This place is a bit far from the old town but the food is tasty and there is a good selection of fake meats. The correct location is shown in Google maps. It's about 100m further up the street from the location shown in HappyCow.
Pick food from pans and pay 40 baht for 3 selections on rice. Then help yourself to salad. Food is real Thai style with lots of interesting beans, leaves and vegetables. No danger of the plain taste common in many vegetarian places. Noodle dishes available too as well as juices and coffee (with cow's milk
