That's what Khao is supposed to be. The color and wealth of the broth. (There are no sour or sugar sweets) So rich that if you taste a bite in the salted vegetable condiment, you.. The work and love that goes into beef is absolutely pucka... Take your time to blow the broth... Evaluate the work of broth as they do the noodles... And enjoy..
