Average Japanese food. Quaint atmosphere, we sat outside, but smelled sewage when the wind picked up, so definitely sit inside. Pass on the noodles, but try the cheap salmon sashimi and fancy California roll. They don't speak English, but the menu explains everything and hand gestures will do the rest.
