We had a good meal at the restaurant, but we were served non-vegan Chutney in the condiment box twice. The first waiter mistakenly removed it when we pointed it out, but it reappeared with another dish and the second waiter insisted it was vegan (as stated on the menu) despite our repeated inquiries. She seemed annoyed when the first waiter returned, apologized, and confirmed it was not vegan. The second waiter seeme... View all feedback.
Definitely check this place out. Great and authentic Indian food. Lots of vegan options!
It was a last minute decision to come here but we were so glad we did and were blown away by the great food and service. We got a masala dosa and a mysore dosa. The dosas had the perfect thickness with slightly a soft center and crispy edges. The masala had an amazing texture and seasoned very well. The spicy chutney in the mysore dosa offered the dish just the right pleasant kick that I wanted. We were given plenty of delicious coconut chutney and warm sambar. Hands down one of the best dosas we have had. Service was excellent: quick, pleasant, kind, and cordial. We will definitely come back.
Oh my goodness ! This place had a great atmosphere ! Very welcoming and the aesthetic is beautiful. The mango Latti was such a great drink, would get it again in a heartbeat !!
Everything here was so good! Even eating it the next day for leftovers was still delicious. Ordered chicken 65 and the tikka masala. I thought the portions were pretty big. The service was quick and friendly. No wait during the lunch hour.Food: 5/5
Consistently the best spot for Indian delivery. Everything is packaged nicely and arrives hot. Their goat biryani seems pricey at $18, but the portion is generous and it 's FULL of yummy, well seasoned pieces of meat. The rice itself is so delicious and perfectly balanced with spices that I 'd devour it alone. My favorite thing is that I ask for raw onion/lemon on the side (it 's the true desi way, iykyk , and they ALWAYS give me both, even going the extra step of adding some masala on top of the raw onion. I add this request in the notes section on UberEats so it 's very kind of them to not only pay attention to it but also throw it in free of charge. The biryani comes with complimentary raita as well. My boyfriend loves their butter chicken and unlike a lot of other Indian places in Chicago, rice is included : They have a nice spice spectrum so my bf can enjoy their medium level without sweating and I can get my food spicy enough that I need water breaks. Thank you Mild 2 Spicy!!!
