What User likes about Super Franc:
Booked fairly last minute for a friend’s birthday and ended up having to add an additional seat to the reservation. The staff were very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. I had the chocolate croissant and and a cup of fresh fruit. The croissant was. Excellent, fresh and not overheated. The fruit was uniquely presented in a petite mason jar that went right along with the warm interior and furnishings. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Super Franc:
Had a reservation. I arrived and the restaurant was closed. The hotel was friendly enough to call the restaurant for me. They were told that the restaurant decided not to open. Why didn't I get a call to tell me that my reservation would not be honored? In addition, no one from the restaurant had cured the frequent to meet me at the hotel. Not happy. View all feedback.
The service was great, we sat fast and the ambience was great. I wish the drinks were stronger, but they were still good.
