What Vittorio Carli likes about Dunkin':
This is overall critique of all stores in the chain. In general I love Dunkin Donuts especially the coffee and bagels. Most of the time the service is good too. However the last five or ten years the variety of foods has diminished. There are less bagel brands and the low cal cream cheese which I usually bought disappeared. The guy (cashier) wasn’t paying attention to the customers, He did not scan my rewards ID and they gave us the wrong order. We were in a hurry so we didn’t go back and complain. They are not friendly at all. View all feedback.
