What Mark S Javier likes about Starbucks:
I want to give recognition to Christian, one of the baristas at this location. I met him once, and every time I come in to order coffee he greets me using my name. At first I thought I was special, but I was there the other day, and he also remembered the person in front of me by name too. It's a nice touch, and it made that other person feel good too, which led to a nice interaction. Kudos to Christian. View all feedback.
