Avocado toast disappointing (like a canned guacamole) w hard boiled vs fried egg, only one drip offering for plain coffee (one bean, no pour overs or french press but) and wasn't very hot, quiche was good but not warm in the middle and all was expensive considering middling quality. Convenient location for us, nice interior but view outside from seating is dull. View all feedback.
