so rude. told me to go because they were crowded and because I had an hour to wait at the terminal. I just wanted to eat. I have the highest loyalties at aa and find this attitude unacceptable. ord also has no centurion lounge, but I hope that they will build soon because the customer service is plumped here. read more.
