I tried PINSA for the first time at Baci Amore and I was pleasantly surprised! I have a sensitive stomach so I was intrigued about the fact that the dough is fermented in a way that will not weigh you down or make you lethargic. The fact that it's 1/2 the calories and 1/2 the carbs of traditional pizza doesn't hurt either! I'll definitely be trying it again sometime! View all feedback.
