I 'm a sucker for noodles, and Bill Kim 's Asian Comfort Food called out to me as soon as I entered the TimeOut Food Hall. We got the veggie ramen bowl, full of chewy noodles and a sweet, almost tangy broth brimming with vegetables. Not the best or worst bowl of ramen I've had especially at a food hall, however what we ordered vs. received was very questionable. We wanted a quick snack before heading to dinner, so we tried the Shrimp Ramen-Spicy Shrimp, Savory Pork Broth, Chili Garlic Marinade, Korean Chili Powder. Perhaps not the best option at Time Out Market. But still pretty darn good dumplings and ramen.
Fusion style ramen, it tastes Laksa ramen to me with the shrimp and noodles.
This was the pork ramen. The egg was hard boiled, and the taste on this was bad. And I am a big fan of all of Bill Kim's previous endeavors, but this is a big miss.

The key is comfort food and Bill Kim serves it up right!
