I certainly don't consider myself an expert in Thai food, but for me, C'est Bien is the best Thai I've had in the city.I started with the egg rolls and pot stickers, and ended with the pineapple fried rice with beef. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and filling, and the pot stickers were magically ethereal.
