Firstly, the location is ideal for a night out before heading to Second City. The food was a bit hit-or-miss. I typically go for a salmon dish, and their blackened salmon was excellent. One of my companions ordered the pub burger and was very happy with it. However, the other person got the fish and chips and didn't enjoy it at all. While the ambience was nice, and the service good, the food was very mediocre. My shawarma salad was shredded iceberg lettuce with a single hockey puck like falafel, unseasoned chicken and a tiny container of meh hummus. The pita was good. View all feedback.
We were a party of 6. We called because we were late but they were super understanding even though they were very busy. Server was awesome. Food was great. It was perfect just before we went to second city for comedy show. Will definitely be back!
Visiting from out of state and found this great neighborhood pub. The food was good but the evening was great because of our amazing server!! What a fun time.
A nice place for a family meal. Loads of choice, good wine and beer list. Nice cocktails although not as expert as some places on this front, but it is a pub. Great pre theatre if seeing The Second City which is right across the road!
Fun place with excellent food. The back deck is awesome to watch a game or get together with friends.
Excellent food, service, and whiskey/beer selection.
