Brand new “Next Generation” Dunkin location by Midway Airport. Love it! Crew is friendly and fast. Drive thru has a digital menu board, you have to see it. Try the new on-the-go ordering feature on your Dunkin app and just go straight to the pickup area to grab your order. The new nitro coffee is smooth. The new espresso is better than the competition. The restaurant pays too much attention to drive-thru customers, neglecting those waiting inside. Despite there being three people behind me, we were ignored as a girl cleaned around the coffee dispensers in front of us without acknowledging us. I had to speak up to get our orders taken care of.
