I was really hopeful that El Tezcal would deliver on some amazing Mexican food based on the reviews. Had to get carry-out since we had our dog with us. Service was friendly and fast. I was torn between a 3 star and 4 star. The good aspects was the friendly service and the bistec a la mexicana had a nice flavour.
