Joker's Cajun Kitchen - Chicago

What Jonathan D likes about Joker's Cajun Kitchen:
We literally celebrate very special occasions with a train ride down to OTC and the French Market just to get a bowl of this insanely delicious gumbo. I’m guessing the rest of the food here is good, too, but we always get the Bourbon Street Gumbo (includes shrimp). LOVE IT! View all feedback.

What John Boctor doesn't like about Joker's Cajun Kitchen:
Most of this review is based off of the brisket. While the pepper seasoning was alright, the cook on it was really bad. It was tough and chewy. The fat was gristly. Nothing like the tenderness you expect from a bbq brisket.The chicken, cornbread, and gumbo were alright but nothing to write home about.
