I visited here for breakfast a morning and enjoyed my meal. I had a green smoothie that was very tasty and filled! Also I had the oat flakes that were delicious; covered with fruit, seeds, nuts and maple syrup! It was a decent size and was also a decent price! What John Martin doesn't like about Left Coast:
Not what it used to be. The portions are now tiny, let me guess INFLATION, even though prices for food have fallen. The salad with salmon was like something thrown together with frozen ingredients and bottom of the barrel all white lettuce. The music in the BACK room was blaring loud.
