We have a holiday dinner with friends here every year for the last years. Will continue to have our holiday dinner here for years to come. Service was great, food was good, and the restaurant is always beautiful this time of year. They’re doing the very best to keep the experience as it should be while respecting Covid precautions and restrictions. For that, we thank the entire staff from front to back

Although I am all for supporting restaurants and understanding their challenges during COVID, this was just a disagreeable experience. First of all we were in the dining room by a cracked open window which was freezing cold no heat lamp? even wearing our coats. The food here has always been overpriced for the « French » label but at least there is some atmosphere and good service. But when you spend over for a basic Caesar salad, french onion soup, steakfrites steak tasted tenderized and was lukewarm, fries were good but oversalted and salmonpotatoes you expect at least a little more effort in the kitchen. As drinks we did have a glass of champagne each and then a glass of wine each the white wine tasted like water had been added our family is in the wine business and the chocolate mousse was good. I would avoid during COVID and especially the extremely cold weather...many more modest restaurants are much better equipped and adapted
