Listen, if you're going to call yourself perfect cup, you have to be serving better coffee than this without obvious defects. The amount of times I've gotten a coffee that is spoiled (cat pee aroma from oils in old beans going bad) or just under-dosed makes it hard to continue to support a neighborhood spot that otherwise has a pleasant staff and atmosphere. They do live up to their name. I just had the perfect cup of coffee mocha with almond milk. ?
