As a person born and raised in philly, ive had the best cheesesteaks and i REALLY wanted to like this. I wanted that nostalgia of having a great cheesesteak. What i got was a stereotype of what Chicagoans THINK a cheesesteak is. In philly, we dont use provolone, and we dont use peppers and onions.
