We were just exploring the area and came across the Badger – was a Sunday so wasn’t sure if we would get a table. Thankfully they managed to fit us in. The Sunday lunch was EXCELLENT – husband had dressed crab and he said it was delicious. Staff very nice, professional and friendly. The pub was lovely inside but the outside gardens were spectacular – great location Would definitely visit again and highly recommend View all feedback.
What WatfordPete doesn't like about Badgers:
Far from the lunch we were hoping for. It wasn’t that busy, but for £18 a roast dinner should fill you up with tasty food. But we left hungry and didn’t stick around because we the quality just wasn’t there. If you serve filo pastry, don’t cover the plate in gravy. If you’re making a vegetable and cheese filling, Mix it. If you’re doing veg en masse, make sure the food is not so hard it can’t be swallowed View all feedback.
