What Rodney Jones doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Doesn?t matter when you order, day, night, weekday or weekend, it is always a 1.5 hour plus wait for delivery even if the app says 30 min. The pizza is often unsliced or cold. I assume they don?t pay enough so they can?t keep drivers. Carry out is alwaysgood but I can just go eat something else if they can?t deliver?. That?s kinda the whole point of a place like dominos. Always amazing food and service! Love this place!!!!
It’s pretty new, and I’m sure there are some kinks to work out. The pizza was good but not great. I ordered it via the mobile app and tracked it. Since it’s only 5 minuets from the House, we decided to just go pick it up. They were super busy and it’s a very nice place, with tables inside and out. The staff was friendly.
Alyssa the manager went out of her way to correct a mistake on my carry out pizza. She delivered to my home a fresh new pizza (made correctly) free of charge. I really appreciate them more than making up for the mistake.
Amazing service, food and location! Love that we now have an excellent option for delivery! Our food was ready in 10 minutes and everything was exactly as we ordered!
