What JimB doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain restaurant. My son and his friend really like it, so I end up enjoying it when we go together. I probably wouldn't choose it on my own, as it can be a bit pricey for flavored chicken wings. The sports atmosphere is fantastic though. Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain restaurant. My son and his friend really enjoy it, so I join them when they want to go. It's a bit pricey for flavored chicken wings. The sports atmosphere is great. I have mixed feelings about it - I like it but also don't love it.
The service was awful - we waited 25 minutes for a drink after being seated. Our server never checked in on us and we had to flag down a busser for any attention. The food arrived cold and at different times. We felt neglected when we noticed our server attending to a table that had been seated after us.
The restaurant was fine, but I was disappointed to discover that they do not actually use the OpenTable app, despite being listed on it. This was confusing for us upon arrival.
This restaurant had absolutely terrible service, and the manager showed no concern at all.
