What User likes about Hudson's Gastropub:
We went here a little while back and we sat outside in the patio with our dog. Staff was very nice. Glad we got there a bit early. It got busy, but not where the wait staff was affected by it. We had a variety of items, pizza, salad, fries, calamari. my husband had I think it was pulled pork mac and cheese. All super tasty. We stopped by Hudson 's Gastropub today for lunch. The server was very friendly and provided us with good service. Our food came out much faster than expected. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. It was good but not great. The crispy fried onions that topped the sandwich were a bit cold and stale. The chicken patty itself was lackluster. All in all the sandwich I ordered was mediocre at best.
