I've lived in the Memorial Drive area for over 25 years and been a regular customer for years. I don't like having to bring my own bags, or pay for their paper ones. Bring back the small hand held baskets, Stop-n-Shop CVS have them. I'm a huge fan ofState Line potato chips, and up until the last 2 weeks I could purchase them Big Y. Not happy I can't get them. This is a very racist establishment. Alot of the workers are very rude, especially at the deli. The atmosphere is very negative overall. I had to leave this store did not feel comfortable shopping in this store. Some employees and customer seem botheredthat my family and I was wearing face masks.
