I love this restaurant! Great service, staff, prices, and delicious food! The environment is super friendly and welcoming! I love eating here with my husband, we come here so much I'm friends with the staff on Facebook and they've memorized my order, even the new employees know it! What Cheryl Jones doesn't like about El Campestre:
I would have to be about four margaritas deep for the food to slightly pass as good. The chips tasted stale, even the ones that looked greasy, the salsa was too bland, and the steak in the burrito was dry. Only complete desperation would make me visit there again. Do not recommend. Ordered Hawaiian fajitas and it’s about $15 I expected to actually taste the ham and pineapple but the whole thing had no flavor. We got it to go and I tried adding more guacamole and chunky salsa to give it flavor and it didn’t help. I couldn’t eat it . It was nasty! My dogs ate the chicken out of it . I ate last nights left over spaghetti. So much better. I would not recommend this place and it’s not the 1st time eating there. Probably the last 3-4 times it wasn’t good.
