"Don’t recommend if you wanna get yelled at for no reason The female manager that’s always there always has an attitude. Shes always yelling at both my husband I for no reason when we mention the mess ups that happen on THEIR end no matter what, to her we’re always wrong she’s always right. It’s always the same issue with this manager cause we always check our order before we fully pull away. She shouldn’t be a manager let alone have a job with the way she treats people. This may be our last time going here which is sad cause it’s the cheapest option in Chillicothe, but not gonna continue to be treated like dirt. Plus, the food is typically cold, wrong, or missing items"

"Years ago, I loved this place. I understand prices have increased on many items, but they seem to have not maintained their quality, as well as increased prices. I mostly go for an occasional malt, since they are the last place in town that still makes them. Although, they charge the same amount, for half the size."

"I was in-store and an online order was returned. They threw the sandwichs on the counter. I assumed to be disposed of. I told the young lady that I knew a hungry family. Could they donate them instead of just discarding them. She said it was companypolicy to discard them. I was appalled. I eat subway 4 days a week and I will never spend another dime there. Way to go subway."

"I went twice first time was great. Second was one star quality. However they gave me burnt pizza with big air bubbles some the size of golf balls. It was also 3-4 times greasier than it should've been (At least twice). That part I didn't mind. I waited10 minutes while being the only one in line. They missed a topping I paid extra for and sauce I paid for too and I was in ahurry to leave so I didn't think to remind them but I did pay for it. Then I gave review stating this. They go and say we'llopen a case. I think that's not necessary unless you do something to take responsibility and it isn't a big freak-out or show.But then there was no response. That was two weeks ago. The quality was so bad ten dollars is about all you'd pay because it wasbad frozen pizza quality. I paid $31.55 so I won't be going back. In fact the site refused to let me use the rewards points ithas been constantly emailing me about using. My mom and I were hungry and I didn't think to photograph what was left until anhour later but look at this... You can do better than that the pizza with pineapple should have olives to btw. Do you seeolives? I don't. I didn't taste any either or get the dice I paid for and you should probably give free, like a lot of (probablymost) places. They decided to remodel and look all nice on the outside with a finger pointing to come and spent all sorts oftime on that but they did nothing to improve customer service. They never have in years reading the reviews on here goingthrough that experience and getting no response well... Clearly they don't care about customers half to 3/4 of the time and thenignore them when called out on their absolutely unacceptable service. Terrible. I will ignore this chain. It will be ablacklisted last option."
