My wife and I have been there twice this week and had outstanding service from both the owner and the waitress/ hostess ( Megan) . We had outstanding Toro, tempura, Sunomono (both Tako and Ebi). The Yakitori was prepared with chicken thighs and is a much better choice than dried out breast meat. We will definitely be going again. ONE SHOUT OUT TO TRIP ADVISOR. What User doesn't like about Gon Sushi:
Had two udon dishes, one beef and one chicken neither of them had chicken or beef. The noodles were so plentiful it made the soup unpleasant. This is a very UNSAVORY dish! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 View all feedback.

The sunomono salad was very nice, sweeter than some. The sushi was very nice. However I’ve had better crazy boy rolls elsewhere.
I've been a regular with Gon Sushi for a lot of years now. Typically weekly other than the last couple of years. Both their Sushi and cooked dishes have been consistently high in quality. Staff have always been friendly and quick.
Fast service. Probably as fast as the service in A&W. The Spice Dynamite Roll is to die for. Very worth it
I have nothing really to say about the restaurant's atmosphere as I've only started ordering from Gon since the pandemic and either have only been in to pick-up, or had delivery. The food however is fantastic. Everytime I have ordered from here, the food has been fresh, tastes delicious, my orders have always been right, and the food seems like it is prepared with great care. Definitely one of my fav places in Chilliwack, and definitely one of my fav places in the lower mainland for sushi.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free items
