I went on Friday night. steadfastly busy and placed my take order was said to take a place as there is a 45 minute waiting. so good. I am a bigger lady and two thin men waiting for her command. I was asked to leave and come back. the men were not. I came back to the right time to see that two slim ladies wait inside. I was asked to wait outside. when the service was polite, it felt discriminatory and I was very annoy... View all feedback. What Jayne C doesn't like about Meng House:
Been coming hi this place for many years. So when I ask for more onion and pineapple in my rather uninteresting and oily sweet and sour veg and get told that will be an extra charge, I think it’s time to safely say I shan’t be frequenting this place again. Poor service and even poorer attitude. View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a bustling neighborhood, this restaurant offers a varied experience that has left many patrons divided. While some diners rave about the fresh, delicious food and attentive service, others have reported disappointing hygiene standards, tiny portion sizes, and long waits, particularly during peak hours. The inconsistency seems to stem from a recent influx of takeaway orders that leave the restaurant overwhelmed. Guests have enjoyed flavorful dishes, like sweet and sour chicken and Singapore noodles, but issues such as inaccurate billing and poor service have prompted a call for improvement. Overall, this establishment's charm is marred by fluctuating quality.
