Came here last summer for an anniversary lunch. The food was very good but the waiter made a mistake with one of the wines and then just became really rude, stomping around etc. made me really uncomfortable and spoiled the whole lunch. I contacted the restaurant twice to make them aware, I thought they’d appreciate the feedback but no response. Really disappointed with the whole experience. View all feedback.
We're not eating here anymore. snooty condescending atmosphere. there are many fine restaurants that understand that the customer should be the main focus. Eating is good, but not especially unforgettable.
Always an excellent meal and wonderfully attentive service (without being intrusive).
Biondi santi in the sticks to drink on this wonderful place, made for a special lunch. I don't think they loved me on the way. but warmed up like the meal, vino and champagne flown. a good sound. However, when they arrive with the train and use Google cards to go to the restaurant, it leads them through a forest area and around a farmer field! very back to nature. that's worth it.
Eat beautiful, service excellent. of course not cheap, but worth it.
The most horrendous experience ever. Please if you are reading this do not go here …. The staff are disgraceful and service is absolutely appalling. Michelin star?????????!!!!! Shame I can’t leave 0!!!! Stars.
