"Slow service at bar. Bar tender acknowledged us but walked past us at least 4 times and then finally brought us water, said our waitress will be with us in a moment and all we wanted was easy happy hour beverage, and he said oh I guess I could do that. Needs improvement.and it wasn't busy at all maybe 6 people total counting us and it was 540 pm. Jack needs to have a secret shopper in my opinion."
