"They have the best breakfast/brunch!Everything we’ve had here has been delicious but personal favorites are biscuits and gravy and bourbon street waffle. Love the rooftop dining with amazing mountain views when it was open . . . hope it reopens soon! Also cocktails are very tasty! It’s always been very busy when we’ve been but the wait is definitely worth it. Must try when in Black Mountain!"

"Seen this place on Restaurant Impossible with Robert Irvine and had to try it. Food was good. Would have liked the wings to be more crispy, but they were moist and delicious anyway. (Guess I'm just used to Buffalo wings from the Anchor bar in Buffalo NY). Had the patty melt and it was so buttery and the fried Okra complimented it nicely. Staff was super nice friendly. I even got to meet Mr. Raynard Walker, the owner shake his hand. We'll be back to try some of the other interesting menu items."

"My Father in Law and I had to run to Black Mountain. We decided to eat while we were there but didn 't know where. I looked up several local restaurants and this one stuck out. Upon entry we were greeted by wonderful smells and a friendly smile. I ordered The Lookout . It is fried chicken on top of a 9 oz scratch made biscuit with cheddar cheese, delicious smokey bacon and sausage gravy. My Father in Law had the biscuit and gravy and he loved it. It was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend."
