Cute spot with a friendly staff. We happened to visit on an annual town event day so the menu was limited. Our tea was good but for a full review the scones and menu we were hoping for wasn't available. Loved the tea pots and would visit again next time we're in town.
Cons: tea was very weak. 20% mandatory tip added to reservation. The service was fine but I don't like being forced to tip.Pros: food was delicious. Better than the food at Ballantyne Hotel's tea room. Nicely decorated. Friendly service. Great addition to the area.A con that is not the fault of the owner or employees: VERY LOUD conversation went on the entire time my friend I were there. What's wrong with people? How about using your indoor voices when you're in a small room? No manners! I couldn't even hear the server when she was at my table.
I ordered a cake for my husband’s 50th birthday. The cost was $130 and the cake was pretty dry and crumbly. I will bake my own next time.
Extremely poor service. Definitely not a fan of the food! Hostess was very pleasant, I can't say the same for other help. Will not return.
Cute little place to get specialty teas, sandwiches, and desserts. Angie was such a gracious host.Dietary restrictions: Angie will make foods to accommodate people with special dietary restrictions.
