It's so good that it crushed me that I've known of this place for years, and it's delicious Frappé never in my mouth until today. #1 best frappé in the country. And I tried hundreds here. /Fine Editing The fried fish is the beat I've ever had. Great. Nice place. Service is relaxed, but it is typical Nica. Good prices and food!.
